Hello good morning Bigger Pockets community, I am a 21-year-old that is working full-time at minimum-wage. Also, I am a college student paying down my last 2,000 worth of debt from school. Currently I live with my parents and I want to make a Financially smart plan to move out after graduation in a few months.I was wondering which is a smarter decision for my situation. Please feel free to throw in your personal advice and experiences. Thank you all

Hello Biggerpockets community, my name is Stefon, I am an enthusiastic young man ready to start a career becoming a real estate agent/ investor. I am looking to work in the upper New jersey/ New York Rockland county area. The reason I'm here today is because I'm looking for experienced members to provide their tips or experience when entering the market. Are there any certain steps or measures I should follow before getting into the field? What are some things I should lookout for before entering? How do I get started in real estate investing with little money?

thank you.
