Thank you Theresa for your response.

Thank you so much Nathan. The reason why the lease hasn't been signed yet, is because the landlord hasn't provided it yet to be signed. What are your thoughts on this? Thanks, and I will be looking forward to your response.

While on section 8, can your landlord have you pay for the sewer bill without you having signed the new lease agreement? Mind you, on the old lease agreement the landlord was paying a portion of the sewer bill. Now they are changing  things around. But a new lease has yet to be signed. Will be looking forward to hearing from you guys for your help concerning this matter.

Good morning Patti, and thank you. If I don't accept the terms can I be evicted? Thank you for your time and attention concerning this matter. Have a great day Patti.

I am looking to invest in real estate. I was thinking about doing the Stack approach. I don't want to get into house flipping because I don't have a team in place. I wanted to purchase a duplex first with the BRRRR strategy. Then next year a four plex, and the following year an 8 plex. I wanted to continue this process until I am able to acquire an apartment building. Do you think this is the best approach. Thank you for your time and attention.
