Which is a better way to go, a 20 or 30 year fix loan? This loan will be for investment purposes. I will be purchasing the property at 55k and rent will be $1050 month

@Gregory Hiban as of now i have two loans out for 45k with wells Fargo but I'm taking a helock loan out to buy house out right too brrrr down the road

@JD Martin I'm looking to keep buying houses but how im looking at it i might as well make as much i can with rent with and when something come up i was thinking about doing a cash out refied on it too get the cash for the next one. What do you think?
