I love to eat ice cream, but I do work out is that ok? Besides eating ice cream I love to surf, bike ride, walk with my wife, and hike. I'm actually going surfing with my daughter in about an hour. 

Anyone else experiencing problems analyzing properties on BP? I can't figure out if

it's an internet problem or if it's an internal glitch at BP. TIA

I would recommend a conventional loan for a multi family if you would like to avoid PMI (private mortgage insurance) if you do a FHA loan you will be stuck with PMI for the duration of the loan, and that's like getting a case of herpes, it never goes away.
