yes, please elaborate. Whats steps I would take for a local property.
I know inspection is one. Since this is a cash deal, Do I have to have a lawyer? what else do I have to do besides inspection, Are there any recommended inspection companies?

Hi All

I am new to Real Estate investing, been watching it for a long time and now beleive its time to take a little chance. The question I have is what are the steps I have to take to investigate the property which is in another city.
New York City is too expencive to have a positive cash flow.
