Savvy + Co. Real Estate
Specialties: Residential, Land
I grew up in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and moved to the southeast to attend Clemson University (Go Tigers). At Clemson, I studied civil engineering, played on the club tennis team, and was lucky enough to watch some top tier football. After graduating, I moved to Greenville, SC where I worked as an environmental engineering consultant for several years. During this time, I began learning about Real Estate on the side. Industry podcasts and books led me to purchasing a fixer-upper townhome which I renovated myself while living in it. My excitement for Real Estate grew, and I decided to dedicate myself full time to a business and industry I am truly passionate about. I focus on providing enthusiastic efforts beyond what an average Broker is willing to do to ensure my client’s satisfaction. With my background in civil engineering and renovation, I love to provide insight into the home buying process beyond what color walls would look great in the dining room. I enjoy being able to provide creative solutions to problems in order to get the perfect home for you. Outside of real estate, I am an avid distance runner and tennis player. Growing up, I played competitive tennis and competed all over the southeast on Clemson’s Club Tennis Team. During college, I picked up distance running and now run anything from 5k’s to ultra-marathons (any race longer than 26.2 miles). With my sights set on completing my first 100-mile race by then end of 2020, you can see me running all over almost every neighborhood and greenway in Charlotte.
