140k POINT BREEZE PROPERTY (16ft frontage)

The property is no the 1400 block of S 23rd it is a 1,518sqft property on a 16x60 lot with 4 bedrooms. We are selling at 140k, the property does have smoke damage but has no structural damage due to fire. We had an engineer look at the property and I can show you the report which states "The brick masonry party wall shared with the adjacent fire damaged unit was not structurally damaged and was in stable condition. Structural damage was limited to the rafters and roof deck" My contractor has looked at the property and can get this done for under 100k no problem, this would make your finished product a 3/2.5 with a skylight to the first floor.
