Real Estate Schools & Education: Colleges & University Programs

Looking for a real estate education? You’ve got several options that you can take, including:

  • You can teach yourself the basics and learn through experience – Many real estate investors take this path because it is typically the cheapest, but one of the biggest dangers is the mistakes you’ll likely make along the way.
  • You can connect with other successful investors & find a mentor to educate you – This is a great option, and has led to many successful real estate investing careers. Do beware that there are gurus that have “mentorship” programs that tend to be VERY expensive, and where you’re typically being “educated” by an underling with little experience vs. the guru you think you’re going to be trained by.
  • You can learn from a self-proclaimed real estate guru – By far, we believe this is the worst possible choice. The vast majority of these gurus have created businesses with one goal in mind, and that goal is not to make you successful — it is to make sure they can get as much money out of you as possible.
  • You can attend an accredited college or university – Certainly this would be the option that we recommend, however we do recognize that there are costs that come with it. We’ve designed this page to help you find resources within this option — those real estate programs that are built to ensure you get the best and most balanced education in the field.

We’ve scoured the web to find colleges and universities that offer business degrees in real estate, which you can find below.
