1. Equity Stripping
2. Hidden Loan Terms/Balloon Payments
3. Loan Flipping
4. Home Improvement Loans
5. Credit Insurance Packing
6. Mortgage Servicing Abuses
7. Signing Over Your Deed
8. Forged Deeds
9. Straw Buyers
10. Lease Options

While many of these are certainly scandalous, others like Lease Options are actually great opportunities, provided you are educated in what you’re doing. The key to not getting ripped off in anything is to always know what you are getting yourself into. Educate youself!
