  1. nice interview guys…mark that’s awesome that bankers have recommended private money guys to you…as much as i’ve tried to explain, my bankers think i’m an idiot when they hear the interest rates i’ve paid!! i like your strategy of hitting one area hard as well…are you hoping that with some redevelopment and revitalization, that you’ll cash in in 10-15 years by owning a large percentage of a newly rejuvenated ‘trendy’ part of town??
