    Great description and delineation between Private Money Lenders (PML) and Hard Money Lenders (HML). I especially liked the discussion about how “older” (yeah, that’s me) Investors who have paid their dues over years of real estate investing sort of transition into being HMLs. That is definitely what happened with me. 🙂
