Beautifully honest podcast, you have to do what other people won’t do to get what other people will never have.
Really enjoyed listening to your story today, Jason. Thanks for sharing your experiences – it’s the only way others can really appreciate where they are in their early investing careers and not be intimidated by the process. Your genuine humble character is evident and inspiring! And – the Austin Biz Journal is also one of my favorite tools for learning my local market. Can’t get much more current info than that daily feed! Best to you and your growing business!
Really enjoyed this podcast. Inspiring and motivational, especially for new investors who are worried about their lack of knowledge and/or skill. It’s gratifying to hear the blunt honesty of the business: success is not difficult but does require hard work. The rewards are there for those who want it, and Jason Cohen clearly put in his hours, got knocked down a few times, and kept going to achieve his dream. Fantastic stories, hope to hear more in the future! Thanks for sharing!
That was an incredible interview. I’m feeling super inspired right now!!! Makes my RE goals seem more tangible. I really appreciated his openness in how he runs his business.
Excellent podcast, great point regarding mistakes will continue to occur even with these great forums, however you learn and move forward. Great stuff…
I am confused. I am waiting for the podcast to come on right now, but he isn’t on. Webinar is not working.
Really enjoyed this one. I like hearing the experienced guys tell people to expect mistakes. We all make them and that’s the best way to learn. You never learn as much from success as you do from failure
Great podcast!
Going from 0 to 1200+ units and $50MM in real estate in just 10 years is the most insane story I’ve heard. This podcast was great. The rate at which you scaled in the last 5 years is really amazing to hear about. Great work and thanks for sharing!
Great story! Enjoyed it very much! It’s amazing to learn that as a new investor, you don’t have to know anything to get started. Mistakes are common, even for the very successful people. You just need to learn from it, stick with your goal, and you will achieve the same/similar result!
I really enjoyed this podcast. Great personality and inspiring success.
Thank you Jason for the wonderful podcast. I learned and laughed! May your future continue to be bright!
More and more inspiring stories everytime! Thanks both BP and Jason.
I need to know how to get started….
It’s podcasts like these that keep me going when I feel like I am in way over my head. Lots of valuable information here.
As you say it is so true in business and in life; it is all about solving problems. Love it.
I loved this podcast. I just finished listening to it for the third time, and must say that it is motivating. I also recently listened to the interview with Ken McElroy and Grant Cardone and I must say that I am feeling extremely motivated right now. I would love to get up to literally having thousands of units.
Jason,
Very interesting podcast. Go Pittsburgh. I agree Pgh is a great town and unknown to many people. I’m in Harrisburg and did Bigger Pockets Podcast #82.

I want to thank everyone for taking the time to leave me these encouraging and incredibly motivating comments. The stories I’ve heard, the feedback I’ve received, and the impact I’ve apparently had on so many listeners was truly unexpected but appreciated. Stay passionate about educating yourself, and when you feel you have a decent grip of things, believe in yourself! “Pull that trigger!” -Jason Cohen
Solid content! I’ll be listening to this one several times.
Enjoyed it very much! I would love to hear more detail on how you run the buisness of employing over 30 people.
I would like to say that it was great listening to your story! I found it to be inspirational regarding how you scaled your business and went for your dreams. This is wonderful! I greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your experiences!
Jason-
Thank you for sharing your experiences. Overcoming fear- podcasts such as yours keep encouraging me to look any fears (past, present, or future) in the face and directly handle it. I have my goals and lifestyle that I am aspiring to live. I’m driven to keep going. Fear of serving coffee from a Dunkin donuts window at age 65 is frightening to me!
Awesome podcast!!! One that I can take a lot of information from.
Excellent! Inspiring and informative. Thank you for sharing.
