Brandon:
I finally got around to listening to my first #AskBP podcast. Why did it take me so long?

Impressed!

Another enlightening #AskBP podcast.
And for your audience, please don’t miss reading Brandon’s great book on investing in RE w/ no (or low) money down.

Great job as usual!
One thing that was not covered, and I chime in on the forums about this a lot, is that for many of us, our retirement funds are where ‘all of our available money is’. In my own case, I would say at least 80%+ of my finds I would use are in my IRA or SDIRA. Also, my goal is to build wealth for healthy, and hopefully earlier retirement more so that current income.
Keep up the good work, I love the shorter format of the ‘Ask BP Podcasts’!
