I dislike Fox News and my bias almost led me to stop listening in the first minute of the interview. But wow! This was truly one of your best podcasts. Listening to Clayton was truly inspiring and I even wrote down my thoughts on a piece of paper after the podcast because I didn’t want to forget anything. My freedom number = 11.9 just like the cheat sheet. Wow, I used typical numbers for the DFW area, which are different from the cheat sheet markets. I wonder if this could be a typical ratio coinciding with cost of living and market rents…

I have listened to every podcast and I must say i think this was the best one. I have never wanted to relisten to any, but I’m saving this one to listen to again, and possibly multiple times. Congrats on the baby, its the hardest thing you will ever do in your life, but also the most amazing. God Bless.
Is there a difference between borrowing from your 401K and against your 401k? I interpreted in the podcast that borrowing against your 401k meant it would be a separate loan backed by the 401K. Is that the case?

I almost didn’t listen to this one because he works for Fox News. I am totally anti Fox News. But I am glad that I did not allow that to stop me from hearing his wonderful story and message! I just signed up to follow his blog and I bought two of the books he recommended. I Thank you Clayton for opening my eyes and giving me a new found energy for my Real Estate Business!!
Solid podcast guys. Lots of ways to go with Clayton, whether it was distance investing, getting started, etc. but I liked the focus on the Freedom Number and identifying how to overcome self-imposed limitations, among other things. And congrats to Brandon and Heather!
