I really enjoyed this podcast with Linda. What resonated with me is that I had an easy time relating to Linda’s story (I live in North Texas as well). Thanks for sharing.
Cool discussion here. I read Hold about a month ago – I really enjoyed the book.
Buying in CA is a huge deterrent. Finding and depending on a ‘key’ person to help me buy out of state is intimidating. How would one go about finding the ‘person’ to help them buy out of state?
The music is a bit much. It’s difficult to hear the speakers while the music overpowers them. I’d rather get down to the details and not listen to this fluff music.
Great podcast!
Awesome episode!
Center the audio rather that splitting.
Yeah the Audio was really bad on the left speaker, almost couldn’t hear.
I really enjoyed this podcast! Looking forward to reading Linda’s and Brandon & Heather’s books!
The quote is ” Good is the enemy of Great” Brandon.
Fantastic podcast, thanks everyone!
Great episode! Loved hearing your criteria among other things. I’m a budding investor in Dallas with one rental property currently. Hoping to achieve a level of success like yours one day, Linda! Just ordered your book too.
