One of the best BP podcasts I’ve listened in a long time. I’m a big fan of 4 Hour Workweek stuff too and enjoyed hearing about how you’re incorporating that into your real estate business. Keep up the good work dude!

Another great BP podcast and, Nathan, you held your own with Brandon and Josh (his assistant!) which deserves respect all by itself. You had great advice and thoughtful responses. I’m trying to ramp up my investing this year and your words help a lot. I’ll have to remember the podcast number so I can listen to it again.
Mark, thanks so much for taking the time to listen and respond … awesome that you are ramping up things on your end and I wish you the best!
I live in a small city that doesn’t really have property management companies to choose from. I’m planning on starting my own. Within the next 2-3 months. Are you a licensed real estate person and a broker? I’m trying to figure out if I must do that or if there’s another way.
I’m in New York State.
I am always a big of fan of creating systems too, so excellent piece of advice there. Really enjoyed the podcast!
Thanks for sharing.
