Thanks for having Kathy on the show! It’s always inspiring to have a female investor sharing their experience. I was fortunate enough to see Kathy Fettke speak at a conference in the bay area and was very impressed and inspired. I love her life philosophy about remaining centered and make sure you keep your priorities straight. It was a fantastic show!

Great podcast. I’ve been listening to Kathy for almost a year now and really like her perspectives and insight into the current state real estate .

On a side note, is it true that Josh declined to do this interview as Kathy is bullish on Detroit ? 😛

Thank you for sharing your story with transparency, Kathy! I enjoyed hearing you speak at the Summit last August in Oakland as well. One note….I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised on how much more diversified Boise’s workforce is now than it was 10 years ago. We are attracting some fast growing start ups and a diversified tech scene, among other industries. Wishing you much continued success!

Love BP and Kathy Fettke’s podcast. I live next door to Dublin ($20 million dollar syndication winner!) I wished I met her several years ago. I was investing in texas and midwest while some great investments were just homes next door!

I would love to hear Josh Dorkin or Brandon interviewed at other podcasts!!

  5. Always love hearing from (a) a woman, (b) someone who’s transparent about their failures, and (c) someone who’s making it work while being located in a a place like California.
