I think I have a new question that you should ask all show guests. ” What is the one break that you received in which you were at a turning point that made you or would have broken you had it not happened ”

This may be my favorite podcast of all times. Energy, Info, inspiration, and life lessons all rolled up in one show. I seriously related to so many things he talked about. Hugely motivational to me! Thank you David!

Hey Tan – that’s just the electronic buzz from the recording that happens when you record over Skype and the internet glitches. When recording over the internet, sometimes the internet lags and that’s the sound that happens over skype. We try to edit them out, but if it’s in the middle of someone’s words, we just leave it so people can hear. Hope that helps.

    Excellent podcast!

If David is “lazy” then I must be comatose! He’s owns one of the most successful Keller Williams branches, he’s written a book, he works out, he talks 10 miles a minute, and he’s bought and sold hundreds of homes. If he’s lazy, I must be comatose!!!

David gives some of the best advice I’ve heard of yet! He knows his numbers, he doesn’t gloss over the mistakes (even the ones he continues to make), and he has a long-game view of investing. I loved his line that flipping is for making cash just like any job; real wealth is built through buy-and-hold, whether it’s a cash-flowing property in Lubbock or a house that appreciates in Austin.

I could go on and on about this guy! One of my favorite podcasts and I’ll come back to this one again.

He gives a great explanation of how real estate investment should be a long game. Even his “loser” properties in Lubbock are building him long-term wealth and strong cash flow. It’s hard to argue with $400,000 passive cash flow every year! Flipping is a job that generates cash but that money should be used for long-term holds.

My favorite line: Don’t love anything that doesn’t love you back!

Hey, I gotta say you guys do a really good job on these podcasts. I just started listening to them after being here several years (OK, I’m a little slow on technology adoption!) and so far I’ve found all of these guys interesting. This one with David Osborne was my favorite so far but I like upbeat people. Nice job.

I definitely haven’t listened to ALL of the podcasts – I’m probably at 50 or so – but this was definitely one of the best! David’s overall energy is incredible, his advice is sounds, and his message is inspiring!
