Inspirational podcast. Brentin was a fantastic guest. Wise, humble, and mature beyond his years. You know else was great…the Host and co-host of course. 😉 Brandon, it’s now weird that you walk through a cemetery. You actually can find some interesting headstones in there that have some really old dates.

Love the podcast! Quick question to Brentin. I’m also in MD (Essex) and currently saving and researching to buy my first property. I read in the Baltimore Sun that its population has declined and is the lowest in a 100 years. Any thoughts about this? I’m grappling with the decision on the location to purchase and the numbers in Baltimore city work. Also, any thoughts on up and coming areas in the city like Remington? Thanks. http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/opinion/editorial/bs-ed-baltimore-population-loss-20170323-story.html

Brentin was speaking to me when he discussed his experience with the govt and his co-workers were counting down the years until retirement!! My treasury dept coworkers were doing the EXACT same thing and I realized that I had to get out! It is crazy to think that someone is dreading every day, every week, and every year of their professional life to wait until 30+ years of working to enjoy a little bit of money & freedom! I’m so happy for Brentin and he took was bold enough to take the jump into following his passion and being a great example to his niece & nephew. Congratulations on all your success and thank you for taking the time to share your story!
