Quote from @Jeremy Horton: I haven't came across much that was worth the time/struggle to sell Lawnmowers, pressure washers, various lawn equipment, tires, cinderblocks, random old furniture, a few very large concrete statues, large mirrors, washers/dryers - I just tell me PM to throw everything out and deduct from the deposit accordingly.

For 6 units I figure 150 amps per apartment and 300 amps for the common areas, central air units, washers and dryers, and the like. With the push for all electric living, don't be surprised to see simple apartments at 200 amps and common areas at 400 - 500 amps (electric water heaters and dryers being big draws).
