Many PMCs take the position of no showings until home vacant & RentReady condition.1) Even if tenant cooperates with showings, if the home looks like crap, just wasting time doing showings.2) If tenant doesn't want anyone in their home, they can sabotage showings:- Leaving an unattended minor in the home when showing scheduled- Leaving an intimidating dog alone in the home when a showing is scheduled- Making violent threats or just being negative during a showingTenant can also file a lawsuit claiming their personal items stolen during a showing they weren't home for.
