I came across a thread about water treatment plants and a gentleman by the name of Jim Johnson  caught my eye. 

It is true that not all PM companies are ethical, diligent or even nice. 

Additionally, free rent is taxable to your employee and impacts your tax treatment as well.The correct way to do this is to set a pay scale, pay them that, and then charge them the whole rent.

Thankfully, my tenants continue to pay on time, as they all have their jobs and are all ethical people, which is a true blessing. 

For wholesalers who operate ethically and disclose their role in the transaction up front I do not see a downside to this, other than the minimal additional fee a license will cost.

it took going back and forth to ramp and the utility company but they got my power on I was so worried because my wife is on oxygen sometimes and has to take breathing treatments every four hours so in an emergency ramp pulled threw for me now we both can breathe easy and thanks for your concern

We have a contract with Servall.. pay them quarterly and after initial treatment if the bugs show up they take care of it.
