The refi in LLC may also work, but remember that financing terms are typically much less favorable that way, and they will still check your personal information to put you as a guarantor.Best of luck!

And you are still governed by the laws of NH (or any other state you are working in. ) and lose any supposed benefit of favorable NV laws, anonymity, or liability protection.

@Tanner Fedell why not find a deal which you can pay down in 5 years but instead cash flow it during that time also.Bottom line, I would spend more time looking for a better deal where the numbers work more in your favor
