Many of those techniques are detailed on this site in other threads.If you look hard enough, you may very well find a motivated seller who will finance your purchase, especially if he's having a hard time either selling it or managing it.

What would you guys recommend in getting more members and sellers to sign up for a land only website?

MO is a non-disclosure state, so the normal websites I would go to get this info on my own don't have any sales prices, so I need someone with MLS access.

I am also interested in lease/purchases and multi-units.So far I have found these forums and entire site to be a wealth of information and I'm grateful to everyone that contributes - THANK YOU!

I'm not sure how much/little you may know, but I'd recommend pursuing BPOs to get started, but there are other ways to get going as well.Good luck and I hope you find the answers you seek here on the site!
