@Dan DiFilippo for the sake of the conversation, I can’t wrap my head around crypto being a de facto currency as an ever expanding population needs a money supply to expand somewhat with it, or the ensuing hikes to interest rates caused by more and more people chasing a finite resource would decimate the economy.I freely admit I haven’t researched this enough, but interested to hear thoughts.Full disclosure I don’t have any crypto whatsoever, and think if it becomes as widespread as bullish views want it to be, I could end up accepting rent in BC or sell a property or 2 and convert to BC.

Houses that were for sale when I was there LAST SEPTEMBER all had PRICE REDUCED riders on the yard signs (to go with the cobwebs), and about 4 or 5 more for sale signs in each cul-de-sac.I looked specifically at some golf course frontage ppty and had 2 of the 6 agents whose houses I saw give me the old "wink wink, nudge nudge, and intimate that ANY OFFER WITHIN $100K OF LISTING would get serious consideration.

@Celina De La Torre my accountant is doing the same for me this year.. gets me out of the massive self employment tax's and of course I am back to paying tax's after a few year hiatus
