You're also about an hour from Waterville - another high density city with very good employment due to two excellent colleges and some strong medical facilities.   

You really need to learn how to assess a property with your own eyes.

It sounds like you have your eye on a particular property, You might want to investigate deed restrictions before you finalize a choice as they might not allow you to only store vehicles.

Reading through this site has opened my eyes to problems I never thought of. 

Ever since I started looking into REI I can't drive by a neighborhood without at least one property catching my eye.

I did not approach this scenario with the intention of maximizing leverage because in this case someone who has no borrowing capacity in the eyes of the bank they wouldn't be able to leverage anything anyway.

I would like to interview any investor involved in the real estate end of the Medical MJ industry - listing, selling, buying, and/or leasing buildings which will be used for cultivation.John C.
