I use it occasionally to promote my buying page.

Those people who add the most value to different topical areas will be the ones that are promoted.

They promote properties for sale by "turnkey" suppliers.....obviously they're looking for buyers.

Hi @Mike Cesarano and @Troy S.You all may be aware of this but I want to mention it just in case.In PA if property managers will lease, list, promote for rent, and manage a property he or she must have a broker's license or be a salesperson under a broker. 

This promoted home ownership as folks looking to buy would not be subject to the balloon and term loans that term'ed out during the great depression.

If I include it here it's self promotion and I get my hands slapped by the playground monitor :)  Oops just noticed it's also on the signature line of every post!!! 

A friend who owns several rentals advised me to start listening to BP podcasts and I can say it quickly took over listening to music on my commute. 

They also have a promotion going this month - I think it’s something like a $10 gift card for every quote.
