A lot of agents have found success promoting themselves for free on social media vs. spending tons of money on the traditional tactics like mailers and door knocking.

If you dont have all the teams and tons of other factors up and running it can devastate you mentally and financially. 

I would not say "most GPs" but certainly a lot of them have no clue about taxes and will tell you anything to promote their syndications as tax-efficient.

If you tell it to folks who have already reached a level of mentality or success at which you aspire, they will most likely encourage the crap out of you and egg you on and encourage you to go bigger because they know it’s possible and that you can do it.

Most people follow a herd mentality.

Make sure the investment you choose to make is something you are financially and mentally comfortable with.

Perhaps, one intangible is what’s it like emotionally, mentally etc having that student loan?  

Other roommate who speaks Russian told me she left and has severe mental health issues and needs to be back home with her parents.

They help women get out of bad situations by providing housing, counseling (mental health and career), etc.

How would you go about promoting and selling this to a potential buyer?
