**** Florida based foreclosure questions ****I have an offer submitted to suntrust bank for a foreclosed home...The listing agent is woth berkshire Hathaway home services The listing agent doesn't know how to get in contact with the bank as his 'usual' contact isnt responding to him .. he thinks possibly due to a merger between SunTrust and bb&t but isnt sure...Anyone come up against this?

t's not an ethics thing, liens on houses don't happen in the dark and hard money lenders typically won't put a loan on a property that has a loan on it or allow a loan to come in in 2nd position.

Top discoveries so far: electrical boxes which are depth adjustable, pex supply lines, sink drain wrenches, and handheld ratcheting abs cutters, cutting in paint without taping (the Idaho painter), Wagner paint sticks, and heat gunning drywall mudd for a quicker patch.On contractors get a handful of rough quotes (~7) over the phone on each item, 3-4 in person walk through bids, and pick the person to do it.
