Where/Who should I network within my City?

Also do you know of any groups or anything to network with other investors here?

I’m just starting out with real estate investing and am looking to network with people to get advice and possibly a mentor through my first few flips.

@Lena Claybon Recommend trying to tap into your own network (friends and family) to see if you can find any private money lenders.

Find local senior care organizations, do enough googling or networking and you'll likely find networking groups where you can connect with folks in the biz then you can track down ownership or operators from there.  

Do a ramp entry, wide doorways for all doorways, wide or no hallways to accommodate a scooter or wheelchair. 

Network with brokers.

amazing topic here , i lost at property that i have under contract the other day cause i dittin have at gap funding or private money , was about 66k on profit to be make ; now i am also looking to attend to meet up to build network and meet people in that area so this don t  happen again , was my very first deal  and first offer i decide i am very good with number i can spot good deal in 10 minutes

There must be some multi-family networking events in your area that you can attend.
