Mind sharing a few details on how the numbers/analysis work?

Give us some more details on the options you're considering and I'm sure you will get some great help from the experts here in the forums.  

I'm not sure how many people ran into this issue but smaller lenders would explain to me that it wasn't worthwhile for their company to lend on such small loans.

Get a list of other deals they've done, and the details.

They were my first landlords and now we're going into a partnership together.Alright, I'm happy to talk details if anybody is curious but I don't want to ramble on too much in an introduction!
