I see a property that I would like to wholesale to an investor..but here is the catch..I have no funds to buy the property.

Thus leading to suburb prices catching up.Are there any analysis on this?

Also, I didn't catch it, but the local REA meeting last night at Embassy Suites was about future development in the downtown Greenville area.

I have some I'll give you when we speak in a few days, but will keep an eye on this thread as well for other suggestions to add to my list!

I live and invest in Butte and I keep a close eye on other markets around me like Bozeman and Helena.

One should keep an eye on them but ones own marketing will produce the best deals.

If anything major happens, they will come knocking with a special assessment and it will most likely be an eye-popping number.

She signed paperwork that she cannot evict me during that 90 days..now I don't know about if the house sells but it didn't sell..sorry so long winded..I'm just hurt and angry as I've done so much for her and I have 3 weeks to find a place and I have a daughter too and also having major brain surgery for removal of a tumor compressing optic nerve severely behind my eye  6 days after I'm supposed to be out with tons of doc appt in between.

My 2nd and can't wait for my 3rd, which I have my eye on one now.
