For those who aren't familiar with this style of job, I'm on the road all day every day - I'll support a surgery in the morning, bounce from one hospital to another, to various Dr. offices, and so on.

Like everyone on BP, that's just not my scene or style. 

I'm currently sitting on the floor alone in one of my vacant rentals waiting on the next prospective tenant on a cold December night lining up prospects for my open house style rental showing Saturday as tonight is looking like a bust.  

However, it sounds like there are homes in the immediate subdivision with similar size, age and style.

FWIW, my complete setup on 2 of my buildings that have double "airlock" doors, I use a "schoolroom lock" on the outer one, a passage style that you can change from locking to not using a key on the inside lock cylinder.
