Once you have that info, hire a VA on Upwork to scrape all of the leads for phone number and email address.

I did get two decent leads, and maybe a third but if it'll be at the expense of a complaint or worse, then I would have to surmise that it is best to not use this avenue.Funny thing is, in the voicemail, I clearly say something to the effect of, "but if you don't have any plans on selling then by all means just disregard this."

So, it's not clear to me that if I were to pick up my infrastructure and move it to a lesser unit, that I'd have the same management experience.Which leads me to this - I am guessing that you've toured some of our units, and you know that our renovation scope includes all of those finishing surfaces I mentioned above.

Examples: I take a refundable pet deposit instead of a non-refundable one or a monthly fee, I currently pay the whole water bill without taking money from tenants because the duplex is watered together (I will eventually get a separate meter but the outlay is more than I want to pay right now) assuming it doesn't get out of control, paid for the new doorknobs on the bedrooms because the tenants requested locks despite the lead tenant saying they would pay for it, planning to replace the microwave hood simply because it's louder than it should be though it still works, etc.I'm probably losing out on a minimum of $100 monthly.
