Great for rallying a lot of support, back slapping and atta' boys but, as a potential investor, I'd put a lot more stock in the operator that really dives into the nuts and bolts, pulls the veil back a little and gets ahead of my objections and concerns well before I think of them myself.  

The efficient landlord thinks ahead in all things and that includes preparations for the holiday season.
