Probably the most productive day was when I took a personal day from my 9-5 and LLC'd a business, got a PO Box, created a website, had a conference calls with Hard Money lender Pine Financial, set up a CRM system with leads in for local properties found on the county site, reached out to a referral for a solid contractor that I am having lunch with this Thursday, spoke to a realtor focused on investment properties and ordered business cards.

We have also set things up so a PO or Job tag is required on each purchase so we can track materials by property.That said, we do not purchase very much as HD - vanities, lighting, the odd tool - as our regional building supply chain offers much better pricing on standard building materials.
