The challenge with this, is that each state has it's own laws that change the flavor just enough that if I were talking about MA for example, I could be totally misleading someone in another state.

@Charles Hinson you are saying they are distressed therefore owner financing is off the table, i'd be interesting in understanding what you mean.if the properties are not bank owned, then subject to strategies are the no to low money option. that is a flavor of owner financing.

Off market usually involves wholesaling in some flavor, or another where an investor puts a property under contract and assigns it to another for about a 5-7k profit, or dual closing where the wholesaler is closing on a purchase, and immediately selling it to another investor - the purpose being to make maximum profit without disclosing profit made.Realtors can help you with both options, but primarily the ones listed on MLS.
