We're looking to build long term wealth and passive income.We have US bank accts and are actually paid in US$, so it's not like we're actually a foreign borrower with currency risks. 

You can invest in real estate, private equity, trust deed, tax liens, precious metals, crypto currency, and much much more.Few considerations: With custodial self-directed IRA you would have to go through IRA custodian for each transaction (you will have to deal with delays, bureaucracy, red tape and asset/transaction fees). 

I was inquiring with a Face Book person who connected me with a Crypto Guru Queen that was trying to explain the  business, but I'm challenged  in my thinking on funds that I cannot physically touch , like it's "cyber space" currency, not sure if I should trust this FB person with my money

Can't say that for the stock market or even other currency types.  

Do not underestimate them and their willingness to do whatever they feel they need to do to beat inflation and preserve the dollar as the world reserve currency.

We call it your Currency and it is equal to your 1) Time 2) Money 3) Knowlege 4) Relationships.Each one of these has a value and that value is different for every person you meet.

We could go higher on LTV if desired with certain conditions, but we don’t really need the extra amount and speeding up processing time was more useful to our goal versus a little more currency.

We dont know if a sandwich will cost 800 bucks tomorrow meanwhile jersey mikes has it for around 14 bucks today.Ultimately the advantage of getting more cashflow and cash today generally trumps getting it back tomorrow because we dont know what "goods and services," we can trade those dollars or currency units for at that time. 

And they have a fiat currency.
