In defense of the prior painter, the University of Florida's colors are....Needs paint, but looks pretty good. 

We are looking to expand our network and are in need of painters and handymen. 

Once you start removing walls and drywall/plaster, you’re dealing with electricians, plumbers, carpenters, drywall, painters, etc etc etc. some people dive right in... but there’s way more opportunity for issues overruns and who knows what else.

Then, head to the hardware store and lay in a supply of plastic drop cloths and blue painter’s tape.

With my painter i'd be paying half that despite California labor costs.

Always be honest and don't deceive, otherwise you will train them to do it to you (and some tenants are pretty good at doing that to you anyway).I can answer to PM, to owner, to landlord, to maintenance guy, to painter - I (and my partner) serve all of those roles from time to time.

Hello Biggerpockets,I’m in the process of closing on a house in Killeen and wanted to know if anyone had a painter, tile guy and a foundation company (pier and beam) that they have used in the past.

This is what my painter charges me for his high end work, not for a $150k flip house.

I actually had the painters coordinate with the renters to determine what days would be most convenient to the renters.
