It's like when you hear about wealthy athletes or former movie stars going broke.   

Look past the Google stars – Don’t just look at the rating.

As long as it doesnt look damaged, they treat it pretty rough. and VRBO doesnt let you leave a comment, only a star ranking, so there is no real warning to give a future host.

There are a lot of different reviews but one thing I try to steer my clients away from is using zillow or general google reviews as those are often misleading as upset parents write one star reviews that are well to be blunt petty.

A few non 5 star reviews will show your real.

Or are you looking for someone to set the table for you at a 3-star restaurant and you just want to pay the bill and say whether it was a good experience or not.
