I don't go to sites that have porn, so I'm not up on the perversions they contain, but I have heard that people get arrested for down loading child porn, I believe those are off shore type sites according to what I've heard.

Business models with a VR platform are better suited for experienced agents. 

Maybe VR has become mainstream and we'll have more of this, but that's another subject.

Re: cash flow, the reality comes down to many factors, but it's certainly possible to cash flow on Vacation Rentals as much or more than LTRs - IMO, if a VR is bought as an investment and it doesn't cash flow significantly better than a LTR, it's a poor investment.  

I'm meeting more and more VR owners that have stopped supplying toiletries as they don't see any return on them (even though they don't cost much) and it's one less thing to hassle with.  

When the economy slows so will the vacation rental market especially in VR saturated markets like PCB.

I converted one of my properties from a 2nd home to a VR with no issues, rolling it over to a LLC and insuring it as such.  

It's such a hot niche, it's a shame not to have a category for VR , Short Term Rental Investors to search, and for sellers to list under.
