I've used Wordpress in the past and chose to go with Wix for our VR website.

There is a Matterport demo on their home page if you want to check it out: https://matterport.com/So Insidemaps is not quite as extensive of a VR tour, but it;s much much cheaper, and sounds like a good option if I wanted to do it on every single listing, rehab, etc like you do Peter.

Currently own 1 VR in Big Bear while managing 6 others and looking to buy a 2nd place somewhere in SoCal area. 

A porn film producer was going through a divorce and she knew a contact through the bank who knew she had the cash to get it done.

Unfortunately most VR require 20% and it is hard to come up with.

If you're looking for somewhere on the beach, I'd reach out to Blaise Smith at 710 Beach Rentals, who runs a solid Mission Beach VR company and can recommend realtors (and likely some available properties).Market here is tough right now for obvious reasons.

If you don't know how to value it maybe it's too big of a deal for you at the moment. it sounds like a turn around project that someone who already turned around a damaged property like this should handle.tenants that pay this rent are not the best renters to handle in GA so you are getting low quality tenants (income wise, job wise etc..)so that's another risk into the equation especially a 100% VR.
