@Raj Gandhi   In Australia its called Negative Gearing.. and maybe India too... that is common place in Austrialia  every property investment is negative geared but the appreciation makes us for the negative many times over just like the SF bay area has done for thousands of investors.So when the Aussies figured out they could actually buy property and make positive Gearing they flooded to the states and bought billions of dollars worth of US rentals.

Seriously, seven years after being attacked by sickos calling themselves Muslims, this country elected a man named "Barack Hussein Obama" to the highest office in the nation, and kept him in that office for the next eight years.

All the high paying tech jobs are being filled with people here on H1-B visas from China and India.

India outsourced and absolutely clueless borderline illegal.

If i compare price in Medium size city in India and in USA... buying single family house is half the price of buying condo there... and rent are more than double...!!

also personally i am expecting a new wave of migration to texas from california due to these 500K white collar job losses in California, either they move to sacramento/seattle/vegas/texas or go to India.... if there's new uptick of migration to texas that would absorb the supply, but how fast it is, good to see... 

I know investors in India that are coming to OKC to make moves.

If you know where Areo Club or any of the places on India st are (Starlite, Luche Libre, Gelato Vero, etc) meeting there for me is easy.

My goal is to travel (India in particular) for months at a time without any obligations and play paintball every weekend!
