I'm currently in my 6th year of playing Pro Basketball in Europe.

The property is a 5 bedroom that should sleep 8-10, with a pool, kids playset, and pickleball/basketball court.  

Creating a holding company, LLC, business cards, websites, and all this other nonsense is like buying an indoor basketball court so you can pursue your dream of playing in the NBA . . . before you even try a pickup game to see if you are any good or like the sport.Buy an investment property and learn how to manage it.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy skiing in wintertime, basketball all other times and having fun with friends and family all aboard this crazy ride. 

But I sure likedThis years Warrior / Cav's rematch.. now that was good basketball..  

Noobs think they will learn this over night. but it takes years to master, ANYTHING not just real estate.Do you think Michael Jordan took one 'bootcamp' and became a basketball legend?

If it were it wouldn't be available for purchase.Here's a suggestion;Look at marketing for motivated sellers much like Michael Jordan approached basketball...It's paramount that we get in playing shape.

I would be very careful about that in Oakland.One indication, just to give you something to ponder:When I worked in Oakland in 202 they had the Warriors (basketball), A's (baseball), and Raiders (NFL football).
