What they will do is find reasons to get out of the lease that are habitability reasons that are usually fabricated. 

She has tried calling the water management company saying my trees were causing her toliets to overflow, then tried calling the inspections department trying fabricate i was doing unpermitted work, and today she approached me saying she was filing a police report for harassment if i continued to try to communicate with the owner and property manager about taking the carport down (ironic, i know).

So the suspicion is that this woman works under the umbrella of her boyfriend (both self employed real estate agents) and the paperwork was likely fabricated.

There can also be issues with thermal bridging so it would be important to choose a contractor/fabricator with experience with containers. 

Every market is different, but in New Orleans there are two types of guests: 1)  Guests looking for a dirt cheap place to stay and don't care where it is, but will complain about the tiniest little things, when in most cases the Airbnb is much nicer than their own home.2)  Guests looking for a unique stay in a real neighborhood (how Airbnb started, until investors of faceless LLCs started to gobble up and change the fabric of these neighborhoods).
