We had a blowup yesterday when I called him out on unfinished work that's supposed to be turned over to my painters in two days!

I'm looking for a few good painters to give quotes for painting and also potentially replacing siding.

AKA demo team can go from 1 project and then start on the next while the drywallers go in, then painters, then finishers etc.

Our painters used Zinsser cover-stain oil based primer.

I'm looking for any references for a potentially full rewire, full re-plumbing, roofing, foundation, drywall, carpenters and painters.

-purchased kitchen cabinets from another renovation -  need to find someone to install them-Painters on hold until I can get a drywall guy in there, thats the next big thing.I know we are going to blow right past our $8 estimated repairs.

Specifically the current competitive rates for new construction trades and materials (e.g. foundation, framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, trim carpentry, painters, tile work, brick layers, roofers). 

We will demo the two bathrooms and kitchen as well, but we are keeping kitchen cabinets and having Painter paint them.
