If I can do that and break even on rent every month, I'm good. 100% you can do that here with us as we effectively do the BRRR method with senior living. must be accredited and love mailbox money. 3 classes with 3 pref amounts based plus a unit based equity kicker that acts like a private credit model. happy to talk offline further. sorry for late reply, need to update my notification settings as I didn't see any of these comments til I just logged back in.

Rough budget number I've heard is $50/bedroom although situational based on vendor, living sf, area, etc.Best bet is to join your local Facebook group & ask other hosts in the area or call a few vendors & get some bids.

If you're able to, house hacking is one of the best ways to start, getting a loan in your name so you get the lower interest rate, live in the property, and rent out the extra rooms.
