I am looking for areas within Northern/Central Jersey that are Air BnB friendly and that has a draw for a nightly stays.

I’m just about to graduate college and I will have a solid income post grad, I wanted to start meeting people to build out a team to start investing in PHX where it’s more landlord friendly.
