Once you have been doing investing for decades, read endless books, talked to thousands of millionaires, etc. you gain the wisdom to see how it all works.For me It's why I wrote a book on what I do the NNN so people not ready yet or need to build capital like a doctor just out of school can learn for so many years and then if they still want to invest in NNN can contact me then.

In my experience, the average fill time really depends on the platform and local demand—on Furnished Finder I’ve seen anywhere from 2–6 weeks for medical and corporate tenants, while Airbnb/VRBO bookings can come faster if your pricing and photos are competitive.
