Hey @Jason NewbergI think it's a great idea to buy a 4-unit for a personal VR.

If the VR is $125 a night, you are paying that plus the $150 cleaning fee, plus the security deposit and/or the non-refundable damage insurance.

For example, I would utilize my experience to identify the best area for an investor, then find  or design and build a VR.

There are a lot of expenses involved in a VR!

I remember thinking he was joking ... and he wasn't.Now there is rate my Professor, blah blah,... and people have an idea prior to registering for the courses.That is exactly the way some people are with VR reviews.

@Mia Crampton if you can’t generate more income than someone who wants to pay you monthly and arbitrage your property then you shouldn’t be in the VR biz.
